15 - Minute Zoom Call | Required for First-Time In-Person Sessions
Service Description
The purpose of this call is to confirm readiness, clarity, and fit for in-person work. It is not a healing session, consultation, or coaching call. No therapeutic or energy work will be provided during this time. During the call, we will: • Confirm your intention for in-person work • Review expectations and boundaries • Ensure this container is the right fit at this time This call supports a grounded, respectful, and intentional in-person experience for both of us. Investment: $33 The Readiness Call fee is applied toward the next booked session (in-person or online) if approval is granted. If in-person work is not the appropriate next step, online session options may be recommended. Please arrive on time and in a quiet, private space. This call is limited to 15 minutes and will end promptly. In-person sessions are currently available to a limited number of clients.
Cancellation Policy
In-person sessions are offered by invitation and availability. All new clients seeking in-person work are required to complete a brief Readiness Call prior to booking. This call is used to confirm clarity, fit, and readiness for in-person work. Completion of a Readiness Call does not guarantee approval for in-person sessions. In-person sessions currently take place in a private residence. Location details are shared only after readiness has been confirmed. The practitioner reserves the right to: recommend online sessions instead of in-person work, decline in-person sessions if the container is not a fit at this time, adjust in-person availability as needed All decisions are made in service of maintaining a grounded, respectful, and safe container for the work. We understand that unexpected situations can arise. To remain fair, respectful, and sustainable for all clients, the following policies are upheld. Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full cost of the session, as this time cannot be rebooked. No-Shows: Appointments missed without notice, whether forgotten or intentionally skipped, are considered no-shows and will be charged in full. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are treated as no-shows. Exceptions are made only in extraordinary circumstances, at the practitioner’s discretion. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the schedule of clients booked after you. Sessions will only proceed if there is sufficient time remaining to do so effectively. Regardless of session length, the full session fee applies. Please plan to arrive on time out of respect for the practitioner and other clients. Refunds & Rescheduling: All service appointments are non-refundable. Refunds are considered only in cases of: verified acts of God, or terminal health conditions Supporting documentation may be required. If you have prepaid for a session and are unable to attend, your payment may be held as a credit toward a future appointment, valid for up to one year from the original appointment date. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
